Haus Garment Factory – Ethical Swimwear Manufacturing in Bali
Welcome to Haus Garment Factory, a boutique garment factory in Bali that officially opened its doors on February 1st, 2024. Built purposefully for swim, active & resort wear designing and development, our factory brings the entire production process under one roof perfect for emerging brands looking for expert guidance and premium quality manufacturing.
Our studio is equipped with 20 state of the art sewing machines, a soon to launch professional photoshoot studio and a private upstairs fashion design and sampling studio. This is where the magic happens, where your designs are sketched, sampled, fitted, and refined alongside our experienced team.
If you’re visiting Bali, you have the exclusive opportunity to collaborate directly with our head swimwear designer Shiralee and take part in the full sampling journey, from fabric selections and technical packs to fittings and final revisions. It’s a rare chance to gain insider knowledge, elevate your designs, and bring your collection to life with intention and expertise.

Sustainable and Ethical Garment Manufacturing in Bali
At Haus, we are proud to be a sustainable garment factory in Bali, built on conscious values and ethical practices. Our factory uses LED lighting and energy-efficient sewing machines to reduce energy consumption and support eco-friendly production.
We follow a strict zero-waste policy, recycle packaging materials, and plan production with care to minimise fabric waste. Any leftover fabric offcuts are donated to a local artist who transforms them into sustainable scrunchies, allowing us to support both circular fashion and our creative community.
Our commitment to ethical manufacturing extends across every touchpoint, from development to delivery ensuring a transparent, respectful, and responsible production experience.

Positive Workplace Culture & Fair Labor Practices
Our people are at the heart of what we do. As an ethical fashion factory in Bali, we go beyond minimum standards by paying above the government base salary, offering paid sick leave, employee bonuses, celebrating team birthdays and local ceremonies to nurture a positive, inclusive workplace.
When you choose to work with Haus, you’re not just investing in high-quality garments, you’re aligning with a business that values community, creativity, and the wellbeing of every person involved in your production.
