Sustainability
We are proud to be an ethical garment factory that prioritises sustainability and fair labor practices. Our commitment to environmental responsibility is reflected in our use of LED lighting to reduce energy consumption and our investment in energy-efficient sewing machines, ensuring our operations are as eco-friendly as possible.
In line with our sustainability goals, we recycle packaging materials and have implemented a zero-waste policy to minimise our environmental impact.
In addition to our efforts to minimise fabric wastage through efficient production processes and meticulous planning, we donate our fabric offcuts to a local artist for her sustainable scrunchie business. This collaboration not only reduces waste but also supports a local creative endeavour in line with our commitment to sustainability and community engagement. Our dedication to ethical and sustainable practices further underscores our mission to create quality garments while prioritising the well-being of our community and employees. Embracing transparency and a culture of continuous improvement, we strive to uphold the highest standards in all aspects of our operations.
Workplace practices
Additionally, we prioritise our employees' well-being by paying above the government basic salary, providing paid sick days, offering employee bonuses, and celebrating birthdays, and ceremonial events in the workplace to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
