Our 5-day Founders Retreat is intentionally designed to feel deeply supportive, inspiring, and creatively energising. It’s a chance to step away from the noise of everyday life, slow down, and reconnect with your vision. Whether you’re in the early idea stage, already building your label, or have an established label – this retreat offers a safe, nurturing space to explore what creating (or growing) a swimwear label can truly look like, without overwhelm, pressure, or the expectation that you need to have everything figured out.
Across the five days, you’ll be surrounded by like minded founders, guest experts, and mentors. Diving into interactive workshops and hands-on experiences that deepen your understanding of design, branding, and production. Each session is intentionally crafted to build clarity, confidence, and momentum for your label. Think intentional learning, honest conversations, and space to dream bigger – all while feeling grounded and supported every step of the way.
